Frequently Asked Questions

General Training FAQs

Do I need experience before starting?

Not at all. Every program is built around your current level

How often should I train?

Most clients see great results training 2–4 times per week, but the plan is customized to your schedule and goals.

What’s the difference between personal training and small group sessions?

Personal training gives you 100% one-on-one focus. Small group training (2–3 people) offers the same structured programming but adds the motivation and fun of working out with friends.

Can I split a small group package with friends?

Yes—packages are designed for your group. Note that sessions count whether one, two, or all three show up.

Online Programming & Nutrition FAQs

Q: What equipment is required?

Programs are customized to available equipment. Some clients train with minimal equipment (dumbbells and a bench), while others use full gym access including barbells, racks, and accessory machines.

Q: What type of training is included?

All programs are built to develop strength. Clients may follow general strength training, or Olympic weightlifting (snatch and clean & jerk). A performance conditioning day can also be added to support speed, power, and athletic development.

Q: How does weightlifting technique feedback work?

Competition-focused athletes submit weekly training videos of the snatch and clean & jerk. Videos are reviewed and analyzed, with structured feedback provided each week.

Q: How often do I train?

Programs are written for 2 - 4  training days per week depending on goals and schedule.

Q: How is progress tracked?

Training data is monitored weekly, including load progression, RPE trends, adherence, and movement quality.

Each month includes a formal review analyzing performance patterns, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and updating goals. The next training phase is then built with clear intent. Whether building volume, increasing intensity, peaking, or consolidating gains.

Q: How do monthly updates work?

Each month begins with a personalized voice note reviewing progress, performance trends, and key wins. The next phase is explained clearly so the focus and purpose of the upcoming training block are understood.

This ensures the program continues to progress strategically.

Q: How long is the commitment?

Online programming is a one-year commitment. This allows time to build strength properly and create meaningful long-term progress.

Q: Is nutrition included?

Nutrition coaching is included.

Each client receives an individualized macro plan tailored to lifestyle and training demands. Weekly video check-ins are required to review adherence, make adjustments, and maintain accountability.

The focus is long-term habit development. Slow, steady changes designed to improve performance, recovery, and body composition without short-term dieting.

Youth Strength & Conditioning FAQs

Each class runs one hour and athletes are grouped by age to keep training safe, fun, and appropriately challenging.

How many kids are in each class?

Groups are kept small—typically 4–6 athletes. So every child gets attention and proper coaching.

Can entire teams train together?

Yes. We offer team conditioning sessions for youth sports teams that want to build strength, improve performance, and train as a group.

Is weightlifting safe for kids?

Yes, when properly coached. All youth sessions use age-appropriate movements, focus on technique, and build strength safely.

How will this help my child’s sport?

Training improves speed, coordination, and power. Giving athletes a stronger foundation and helping reduce injury risk.

Does my child need prior experience?

No. We meet each athlete where they are and progress step by step with proper guidance.
